Benefits of Zumba
Not from any books or blogs, this segment is straight from
my heart and this is what I actually felt.
Build Stamina: If
you can endure for longer time, of course you will tend to work out more. It
definitely builds your stamina phenomenally.
Good Night Sleep:
Since I am one of the million Americans who first handedly struggled with sleep,
I can definitely give Zumba high score on this one. It helps improve your sleep
cycle.
High Energy: If
you sleep well, you will definitely wake up fresh and all charged up for the
new day.
Immunity: I am
not sure if anyone ever mentioned this. But for me this was the biggest change.
After trying many Immune building supplements and tricks, what worked for me
was my religious Zumba régime.
